Wildlife Never Still
I drove about an hour deeper into the Cairngorms to reach this forest. While scanning for wildlife, I spotted this squirrel bouncing from branch to branch, never sitting still for more than a couple of seconds. I just kept tracking and firing, hoping for one sharp frame. This was the one: caught mid-leap, backlit by the morning glow filtering through the pines.
